Processing Time
Orders are processed within 3 to 4 business days before being handed over to Wakilni for delivery.
Shipping Fees
- A flat shipping fee of $4 applies to all orders across Lebanon.
- Enjoy free shipping on orders over $40.
Order Tracking
Once your order is placed, you will receive a tracking code. You can track your order anytime on our tracking page.
Shipping Coverage
We currently ship all over Lebanon.
Exchanges
- If the collar size is too small, we offer exchanges only if the item is not customized (i.e., no name or personalization).
- The customer will be responsible for the delivery fees of the exchange.
- If an item arrives damaged, we will replace it at no extra cost. However, exchanges for other reasons depend on the situation and our assessment.
